Kingfishers Forest School or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the session.
Kingfishers Forest School reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
If there are any sessions missed sure to bad weather, Kingfishers will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded. Sessions will be cancelled if wind speeds exceed 46mph. Clients will be warned the day before the session and confirmation given in the morning if conditions are still too dangerous.
There are no bins at the site, so please be prepared to take your rubbish home with you.
